Residential Cleaning

Residential cleanings will receive all tasks listed below.  The cleaning scope can be modified or catered to individual needs.

• Ceiling fans will be dusted

• Blinds and window sills will be dusted

• Windows will be cleaned

• French doors or sliding doors will be cleaned, and tracks vacuumed

• Horizontal surfaces, including countertops, will be wiped clean

• Baseboards, ledges, and light switch covers will be wiped or dusted

• Mirrors, porcelain surfaces, and chrome fixtures will be cleaned and polished

• Bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs, will be cleaned and disinfected

• Kitchen sink, countertops, and front of dishwasher cleaned

• Fronts of cabinets wiped

• Exterior of refrigerator will be cleaned and stainless steel polished

• The exterior and interior of the microwave will be cleaned and polished

• Hardwood floors will be vacuumed, dust mopped or swept, and wet mopped

• Carpeted areas will be vacuumed 

• All residential furniture will be dusted
